A Head Chef directs all kitchen operations, from menu creation and food preparation to staff management and inventory. They are responsible for maintaining quality control, ensuring compliance with strict health and safety standards, and meeting all financial targets.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, leading and developing a small team, and delivering exceptional food experiences for our clients. With daily food offerings, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
You will also be accountable for food safety, kitchen compliance, budget management, and ensuring operational KPIs are achieved.
Skills and experience required: Relevant qualification in Kitchen Management and at least 12 months of relevant employment experience.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
