We are seeking licensed Security Guards to join our team on-site with our client, a leader in the field of medical research (HRMI) based in Newcastle. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your security career with a company that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence..

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):

- Current and valid 1A Security License
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and professional presentation




- Ability to work independently and manage situations calmly
- Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in security is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Site access control and visitor management
- Foot and vehicle patrols
- Incident response and reporting
- Monitoring of CCTV and alarm systems
- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and the public
