Looking for your next Accounts Receivable opportunity with a company that offers flexibility, a supportive team and a excellent working workplace?

We're partnering with a well-established organisation to find an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team on a 6-month contract. If you have 1–3 years of AR experience, enjoy building relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio
- Following up outstanding invoices and maintaining aged debt
- Building strong relationships with customers and resolving account queries
- Processing receipts, direct debits and account reconciliations
- Investigating billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Preparing regular AR reporting and supporting the wider finance team
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accounts are managed accurately and efficiently

About You:

We're looking for someone who has:





- 1–3 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Experience managing high-volume invoicing and debtor follow-ups
- Solid Excel skills
- Great communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to juggle priorities and work efficiently in a busy environment
