About the Role
As a Support Worker with Lilacare, you'll assist NDIS and Aged Care participants to remain independent in their own homes while supporting them to achieve their goals and stay connected to their community.
Your role may include:
- Personal care
- Community access
- Social support
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Transport to appointments
- Medication assistance
- Supporting participants to achieve greater independence
Shifts are available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight supports and weekends.
With a growing number of participants throughout the Riverina, there are opportunities for regular work and additional hours for team members willing to travel across the region.
Part-time opportunities are available for the right person.
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability,
Aged Care or similar (or currently studying)
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable, registered and insured motor vehicle
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Smartphone
- Right to work in Australia

Experience in disability, aged care or community services is highly regarded but not essential for the right person.
