A market-leading not-for-profit aged care provider is seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead the clinical operations of an established 85-bed Residential Aged Care facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical leader looking to join a values-driven organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will provide visible and supportive clinical leadership across the home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

- Providing clinical leadership and support to the multidisciplinary team.
- Overseeing clinical governance, quality indicators and accreditation outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and clinical best practice.




- Managing operational and financial performance targets.
- Supporting occupancy growth, community engagement and the facility's reputation.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health providers.

About You To be successful you will have:

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous clinical leadership experience within Residential Aged Care.
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading teams and driving positive clinical outcomes.
- A current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
