THE POSITION

- Preparing and presenting fresh, nutritious meals for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service.
- Producing high-quality catering for school functions, events and special occasions.
- Ensuring food is prepared to consistently high standards of taste, presentation and quality.
- Assisting with menu preparation, food production planning and stock control.
- Contributing ideas and creativity to menu development and function catering.

THE PERSON

- Is a qualified chef or has demonstrated commercial kitchen experience.
- Takes pride in producing fresh, quality food.




- Can work efficiently in a busy service environment.
- Has strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Works well collaboratively within a team.
- Understands food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Brings a positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
