About the Role

As a Merchandise Supervisor, you will:

- Lead and support the merchandising team on the shop floor.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well-presented, and accurately priced.
- Execute the plan given by the Merchandise Leader.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Promote a safe, clean, and organised workplace.
- Support the delivery of promotional and seasonal displays.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

- Previous retail experience (supervisory experience is an advantage).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- A positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,



and public holidays as required.

Pay: $28.00 – $29.50 per hour

7am -12pm Tuesday to Saturday

Afternoons:

3pm-7pm Monday to Friday

Experience:

- Fashion retail: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
