Children’s Village Spring Farm is a brand-new, state-of-the-art service seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our growing team across multiple programs.
Led by a highly experienced and well-seasoned Director with a strong history of excellence and a clean compliance record, our service has successfully built and led multiple Exceeding-quality teams. We are committed to best practice—not just meeting minimum standards—and to creating a supportive, professional environment where educators thrive.
Positions Available:
- Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor 0–5)
- Diploma Qualified Educators
- Certificate III Educators
- Trainees (studying or willing to commence)
Programs & Opportunities:
- Long Day Care (including lunch cover and float roles)
- Before & After School Care
- School Holiday Program
Mandatory Requirements
Applications without the following will not progress to interview:
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of Child Safety, Child Protection, and Regulatory Obligations
- Demonstrated commitment to best practice and continuous improvement
- Ability to build excellent, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
