The Role
We are seeking a capable and empathetic Support Worker/Household Manager to assist a aprticipant. This is an ongoing role providing versatile scheduling to suit both the participant and support worker.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with daily household management tasks such as cleaning, organising, and meal preparation
- Supporting the participant with personal care needs
- Supervising and supporting learning and development, including homework and daily routines
- Providing safe, compassionate, and structured support tailored to the participant
- Encouraging skill-building, independence, and engagement in daily activities




- Collaborating with families and the Beyond Health Services team to ensure consistent support

About You
You are a patient, empathetic, and organised individual with:

- Experience supporting children with complex care needs, including ASD and developmental delays
- Ability to safely supervise and contribute to learning and development
- Skills in personal care, support, and daily routine management
- Excellent communication and reliability
- A friendly and non-judgmental approach

NDIS Compliance
You will need the following (or be willing to obtain):

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- ABN (for contractors)
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
