Store Manager – Brookfield

We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Store Manager to lead our busy General Store & Café in Brookfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of both our retail store and café, leading a great team while ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading, motivating, and developing a team across both the general store and café.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Managing daily store and café operations.
- Driving sales and achieving business goals.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Managing stock, ordering, and inventory.
- Preparing staff rosters and assisting with recruitment and training.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety and food safety requirements.
- Creating a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

About You

You'll be someone who:

- Has previous management experience in retail, hospitality,



or a similar environment.
- Must know how to make coffee as coffee is the big part of our shop.
- Is a confident leader who leads by example.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Thrives in a busy, customer-focused workplace.
- Can multitask and solve problems under pressure.
- Has experience with stock control and team management.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) relevant food safety certifications.What We Offer
