Qualifications For Registered Migration Agent:
- Have at least 2 years experience in related field
- Must be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) or has a license to practice Law in Australia
- Must have experience in 407, 482, 494, 186, 189 visa subclass
- Have done different types of visa such as as skilled migration, employer sponsor, family visa, training visa, etc
- Advise clients on their visa options and eligibility
- Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of clients
- Communicate with the Department of Home Affairs on clients' behalf
- Assist with visa appeals or reviews if an application is refused
We expect you to work predominantly from our Melbourne CBD office where clients often visit.
