Join Gosford Regional Community Services Inc (GRCS) as a Team Leader in the Wyoming Community OSHC service. Based in Wyoming, this is a rare opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role, with guaranteed pay and leave conditions, and a strong commitment to child safety and professional growth.

Morning shifts: 6:15 am – 9:15 am, Monday to Friday (either school terms only or including school holidays by negotiation)

What You’ll Be Doing
As Team Leader, you'll set the tone for a positive, inclusive, and child-focused environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a small, passionate team of educators
- Delivering engaging programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework
- Building robust, respectful relationships with children and families
- Supporting children’s confidence, wellbeing, and independence
- Managing compliance, safety, and daily operations with care and clarity

About You




You're a natural leader who brings:
At least 2 years’ experience working with primary school-aged children (OSHC, education, sport, drama or similar)

- Confidence in leading a team and coordinating daily routines
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to best practice, inclusion, and continuous learning

You'll need to hold
Working With Children Check

- A cleared Police Check
- First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Child Protection Knowledge
