Expression of Interest - Distribution Workers | Geelong

We are seeking Expressions of Interest for Distribution workers and forklift drivers for upcoming casual positions with fulltime hours, located in Lara and Breakwater These opportunities are within a busy FMCG Warehouse and Manufacturing setting.
We have both day, afternoon and night shift available.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Picking and packing orders.
- Loading and unloading cartons, crates, and pallets from conveyors.
- Palletising products for cold storage and distribution.
- Checking stock against order documentation and recording stock movements accurately.
- Operating RF scanning guns and warehouse inventory management systems.
- Conducting stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Performing stock rotation and replenishment.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Following all workplace health, safety, quality, and hygiene procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:





- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely.
- Be highly focussed on safety, quality & hygiene compliance.
- Medium to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Proven work history in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
- Forklift licence – not essential but highly desirable.
- Experience with Manhattan WMS & DC environment.
- Experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment is advantageous but not required.
