Global Select is an education and migration agency that provides in-depth services and guidelines from the beginning to the end of the study process.

Due to continued growth of the business, we are now currently seeking a Education/Student Counselor to join our Melbourne office.

About the Role

- Guiding international students in their admission support in universities, TAFE, and Colleges.
- Educate the international students about various study options & benefits, fees, intake, and scholarships.
- Assist clients in understanding our services and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and achieving high client satisfaction levels.
- To complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Proactively convert inquiries into sales to ensure higher conversion rates, and meet and exceed set targets.
- Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of university courses, entry requirements, scholarships, etc.
- Making sure to get the application outcome from the education provider on time by doing regular follow up.
- Giving marketing insight to the marketing team and supporting the marketing team to produce error-free content.

*Preference will be given to candidates in Education & Migration industry with Nepali or Indian background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
