Hunter Industrial Supplies is seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our growing team. This is a diverse and fast-paced role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining high warehouse standards.
About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing all HIS customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Arranging courier pickups and completing related freight documentation
- Sales order invoicing and order fulfilment
- Reporting on sales order and freight data
- Loading and unloading freight (manual handling and forklift operation where required)
- Restocking racks and shelving
- Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse, including sweeping floors and stock rotation
- Ensuring warehouse operations comply with NSW WHS requirements
- Picking and processing Speedframe orders
- Cutting Speedframe materials using cutting machinery
- Assisting with Speedframe site work when required
- Contributing to improvements in warehouse processes and systems to meet growing stock and order demands
About You
- Previous warehouse picking and packing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) preferred
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Basic computer skills for invoicing and reporting
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
