About the Role

We are currently seeking an organised individual, with initiative and motivation, for preparing high-quality meals for school children, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting daily kitchen operations. Start early at 6am and finish early, between 1.00pm and 2pm, Monday to Friday. School holidays off! The ideal job for a parent or carer looking for something that will allow them to have time with their children in the afternoons and school holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and assembling sushi in accordance with established recipes and standards

- Assist in labelling, organising and packing lunches for school children

- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen

- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations





- Assist in general cleaning, including sweeping and mopping

- Work effectively as part of a team

Skills and Experience Required

- No experience required. On the job training provided

- Ability to work efficiently

- Positive communication and teamwork skills

- Drivers license a bonus, but not a necessity

Salary

The salary for this position is AUD 32.20 per hour, plus superannuation
