The Team Leader role is suitable for organised, highly professional individuals who have the ability to gain a full understanding of our companies philosophies and put it into practise within your region.
The role requires the ability to cover many different aspects including:
- Staff recruitment & Training
- Delivering and overseeing sports programs for children aged 5 - 12 years old
- Customer service
- Managing a team of sports coaches
- Managing your own day/week to ensure all KPI’s and Targets are met.
Hours approx 15 - 17.5 hours per week.
The role involves leading after school sports programs 5 afternoons a week.
