We're looking for a reliable and caring female support worker to join our growing team.

You will be supporting NDIS participants with their day-to-day activities, helping them work towards their goals while encouraging independence and choice. Every participant is different, so being patient, flexible, and respectful is important.

Your duties may include:

- Personal care
- Community access and social outings
- Transport to appointments
- Meal preparation
- Household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Completing progress notes after each shift
- Following participant care plans and company policies

What we're looking for

- Female support worker
- Previous experience in disability support, aged care or community services is preferred
- Reliable, honest and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Passionate about supporting people to live more independently
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- ABN
- Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance

Pay: $35.00 – $60.00 per hour
