Barnbougle Golf Links is seeking a reliable, experienced Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll help deliver fresh, local fare in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to venue standards.
- Maintain quality at every stage—from mise en place to pass.
- Uphold food safety and handling procedures at all times.
- Support stock rotation, monitor levels, and assist with basic food costing and control.
- Collaborate across all areas of kitchen operations.
- Follow Work Health & Safety procedures.
What you bring
- Trade qualification in commercial cookery.
- Experience in a kitchen of similar size and style.
- Exceptional attention to detail and professional demeanour.
- Passion for delivering excellent food experiences.
- Physical capacity for role requirements (on your feet, lifting/moving goods).
- Strong understanding of safe work practices.
Hours
Weekend, evening, and public holiday shifts are essential.
