About the Role

Support non-mortgage valuation enquiries from first contact to job completion. You will prepare quotes, coordinate workflows, manage CRM updates and work closely with valuers, directors and support teams to deliver a smooth client experience across WA and SA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotes for non-mortgage valuation enquiries
- Manage phone, email, 1300 line and inbox enquiries
- Set up jobs and attach client documentation
- Update CRM records, client lists and valuation systems
- Monitor turnaround times and flag delays early

Skills and Experiences:
Skills & Experience:

- Experience in admin or coordination roles
- Strong customer service and stakeholder communication
- Confident using CRM and Microsoft Office
- Able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and discretion
