Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans.
- Administer and monitor systemic anti-cancer therapies, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy, in accordance with organisational policies and clinical protocols.
- Recognise and respond appropriately to treatment-related complications and changes in patient condition.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, symptom management, and ongoing care.
- Collaborate effectively with medical, nursing, pharmacy, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with professional, legal, and ethical standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Pay: $100,000.00 – $108,000.00 per year
