We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our full-service restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, leading and developing a high-performing team, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring the restaurant meets its financial and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, coach, and motivate front and back-of-house teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Manage staff rosters, labour costs, and productivity.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Monitor sales, budgets, and key performance indicators to achieve business goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

- Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Sound financial and business management skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: $79,423.00 – $82,000.00 per year
