We are currently seeking mulitple experienced Stores person with High Reach & Counter Balance Forklift Driving experience. This is basically an all-round Warehouse Storeman / Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse operation located in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. We are hiring for multiple locations at present, and currently have positions in Mulgrave, Clayton, Dandenong and Moorabbin.

This is a fantastic temporary to permanent job opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking for stable, ongoing work with full-time hours and long-term potential. Working within a small and highly capable team, you will play a key role in daily warehouse and transport operations.

The successful candidate will bring solid high reach forklift experience, strong administrative and warehouse system skills, confidence loading and unloading trucks and containers, a hands on attitude to learning new tasks and the ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment. This role requires a hands-on operator who is comfortable assisting across all warehouse functions when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
- Sub assembly of parts in preparation for production
- Putaways, replenishment and stock movements




- Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
- Pallet wrapping and staging freight
- Receiving and dispatch duties
- Manual handling and lifting of products up to 25kg+
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- Assisting across general warehouse operations as required
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful, You Will Have

- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- Proven high reach forklift operating experience
- Experience loading and unloading transport vehicles and containers
- Strong understanding of warehouse and dispatch operations
- RF scanning and basic computer skills
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
