As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Production Engineer to join our close-knit team.

Role Overview
The Production Engineer will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting continuous improvement across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules to meet delivery timelines
- Ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently, coordinating maintenance as needed
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to minimize defects and waste
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase output




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor
- Supervise and guide production staff, providing training where required
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (packaging industry preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive communication and team leadership abilities
- Familiarity with production planning tools and quality standards (ISO preferred)

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
