Join Our Team as a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation/Construction Lawyer!

Rostron Carlyle Lawyers is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Commercial Litigation/Construction Lawyer (3-5 years PAE) to join our Brisbane firm. If you have 3+ years PAE in commercial litigation or construction law, strong communication skills, and a client-focused mindset, we want to hear from you!

In order to be considered for the role you must:
Have a minimum of 3 years PAE in commercial litigation and/or construction;
Demonstrate a well-developed working knowledge and understanding of security of payment legislation and Australian standard construction contracts;
Be passionate to pursue a career as a commercial litigation/construction lawyer and be willing to continuously build a strong professional network and good reputation within the industry and local community;
Be client focused and results driven;
Have robust attention to detail with proven exceptional written and oral communication skills;




Be prepared to assist and support the senior lawyers in a wide range of marketing and business campaigns; and
Have intermediate to advance level proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
High volume diary, file and matter management;
Client liaison and coordination of meetings and conferences;
Preparation of billing and end of month reports;
Assisting a team of lawyers with legal matters;
Preparation of legal documents, including correspondence, contracts, court documents, reports and presentations;
Preparation of briefs;

The successful candidate will have:
Enthusiastic and dedicated approach, excellent time management skills and strong commitment to quality;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Knowledge of LexisNexis Affinity software (highly regarded)
