As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and contribute to the company's long-term growth.
Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. This role requires a forward-thinking finance professional with strong leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and extensive experience in financial planning, corporate finance, risk management, and business operations within the construction or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financing strategies to support business growth.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Monitor project profitability, cost controls, and operational performance.
- Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Drive business performance through data-driven decision-making and financial insights.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other strategic initiatives when applicable.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA, CA, or MBA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior management roles.
- Previous experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or Senior Finance Executive is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation.
- Experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or property development industry is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic business decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, financial software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $220,000.00 per year
