Gulli Food Distributors are seeking an experienced and hands on Operations Manager to lead our Victorian warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and customer focused operations across warehousing, transport coordination, inventory, and customer service while supporting the continued growth of the business.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the state, driving operational performance, team accountability, service standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day to day warehouse and distribution operations across Victoria
- Ensure strong operational performance across receiving, picking, dispatch, transport, and inventory control
- Drive high standards of OTIF performance, accuracy, productivity, and customer service
- Build and maintain a strong safety first culture across all operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational team leaders and staff
- Manage labour planning, workforce performance, and operational efficiencies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and workflows
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, and Finance to support business objectives
- Ensure operational compliance across WHS,



Chain of Responsibility, and company policies
- Support business growth, customer retention, and operational scalability within Victoria

About You

- Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain leadership roles
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to drive accountability and performance
- Experience managing fast paced warehouse and transport operations
- Commercial mindset with strong problem solving and decision-making capability
- High attention to detail with a focus on service, efficiency, and operational execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of WHS and operational compliance requirements

Pay: $140,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
