The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Casual Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Bavarian Tuggerah.

You'll work alongside a passionate team to deliver consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining exceptional food safety and presentation standards.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing and cooking menu items to company standards
- Running your section with confidence during busy service periods
- Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members




- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused culture

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef in a busy restaurant or pub
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- A calm, organised approach under pressure
- Passion for quality food and consistency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Australian working rights
