About us: Tuga Pastries is a second generation bakery that has been in Sydney for over 35 years making the best pastries, but most famously known for its amazing Portuguese Tarts. The business culture at Tuga is one that values excellent customer service, quality products, and a warm and friendly atmosphere where staff are looked after.

Due to rapid growth we are seeking capable Over-night delivery drivers.

Night Shift: commencing from 10pm and operating out of our Marrickville location. Shift duration is usually 7-8 hours daily.

A combination of roles available across Monday to Sunday.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

· Manual handling (loading/unloading the van with stock).

· The safe and efficient delivery of baked goods to venues across Sydney.

· Light vehicle maintenance (cleaning/washing, refuelling etc.).

· Liaising with the kitchen staff when required

· Customer service in certain circumstances

· Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations

· Keep delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained

- A company van with an automatic transmission will be provided for the carrying out of deliveries/work duties.




- Training and other assistance will also be provided to help familiarise you with the delivery run and our customers.

The successful candidate will meet the following essential criteria:

- A valid, full driver's licence.
- A positive driving record.
- Multi-drop delivery experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Other desired qualities include:

· Good interpersonal skills.

· The ability to work well solo and as a part of a team.

· A demonstrated ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
