Hygiene TechnicianPosition Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Hygiene Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide scheduled hygiene services to commercial customers, ensuring hygiene equipment is serviced and maintained to a high standard. This position does not involve cleaning washrooms or general toilet cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular scheduled service visits to customer sites.
- Change over sanitary bins in female washrooms.
- Refill soap dispensers and air fresheners as required.
- Install, service, and maintain hygiene equipment and related products.
- Ensure all services are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing a high level of customer service.
- Accurately complete service records and required documentation.
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and stock in a clean and organised condition.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.

Skills and Experience

- Strong customer service and communication skills.




- Ability to work independently and manage a scheduled service route.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- A practical, reliable, and professional approach to work.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying service equipment when required.
- Previous experience in hygiene services, facilities management, or a similar field is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Ability to work safely and adhere to all health and safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment checks.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
