Job description

- Provide high-level of customer service to corporate and commercial clients in relation to deposit, loan and remittance products and services.

- Assist with account opening, KYC/AML documentation, daily transaction processing, servicing of lending/credit facilities and treasury settlements.

- Maintain accurate customer records, partner with relationship manager and credit teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

- Respond to client enquiries, identify services improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

- Produce periodic or ad hoc reports to the Head Office and local regulators

About You

- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business or any related fields.





- 1-2 years’ experience in financial service within corporate or institutional banking.

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin is preferred

- Exposure to banking operations or back-office functions (e.g. remittances, treasury operations, loan administration)

- Good understanding of AML/CTF requirements and operational risk controls.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), meticulous attention to detail and solid customer focus.

- Comfortable supporting multiple tasks in a busy commercial environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: $60,102.30 – $104,646.83 per year
