We are a recent cafe looking for a passionate full-time barista who takes pride in making great coffee and beautiful latte art.

We proudly serve Code Black Coffee, so we're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about specialty coffee and always keen to learn and improve. We love baristas who enjoy dialling in espresso and adjusting recipes to get the best out of every coffee.

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 2 years of local Australian barista experience
- Confident in all aspects of coffee making and customer service
- Strong free-pour latte art skills
- Able to handle 4–5 kg of coffee solo during busy shifts
- Good understanding of espresso extraction, recipe development, and dialling in
- Familiar with single-origin coffee, filter coffee, and current coffee trends
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Fluent in English
- A positive team player who is happy to help wherever needed
- Must be available to work on weekends
