About the Role

Glenny Kebabs is seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Cleaning Contractor to carry out daily after-hours deep cleaning across our restaurants.

This is an ongoing contract prospect for a contractor who takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning standards in a commercial kitchen environment.

Scope of Work

The successful contractor will be responsible for deep cleaning all areas of the restaurant, including:

- Kebab machines
- Meat slicers
- Grills and fryers
- Salad bars
- Toasters
- Rice cookers
- Cool rooms
- Stainless steel benches and preparation areas
- Walls, pipes and splashbacks
- Floors (including underneath equipment)
- Shelving and storage areas
- Dining area
- Windows and glass doors
- Drink fridges and display cabinets
- Bathrooms
- Rear loading area
- Outdoor dining area
- Dishes, utensils and containers
- General removal of grease, stains, dust and cobwebs

A detailed cleaning checklist will be provided and must be completed during every clean.





Requirements

The successful contractor must have:

- Previous commercial kitchen cleaning experience.
- Own reliable transport.
- Ability to work independently after business hours.
- Excellent attention to detail.
