Join our team at Grazeland Spotswood!

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Supervisor to lead our team every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Availability:

- Must be available every Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing waffles, shakes, and desserts
- Scooping and serving customers
- Defrosting and preparing stock
- Supervising day-to-day operations
- Ensuring all procedures and food safety standards are followed
- Overseeing staff performance, training, and workflow
- Maintaining excellent customer service and a clean, organised work setting

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised, and able to multitask
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
