Your Role:
Prospecting, listing, and selling residential properties
Managing vendor and buyer relationships from start to finish
Delivering exceptional customer service and consistent follow-up
Negotiating deals with confidence and integrity
Meeting sales targets while upholding company standards

What We're Looking For:
A team-oriented attitude with a proactive and positive approach to tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivation, discipline, and a hunger to succeed
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.




Previous experience in real estate or sales support is a plus - Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is beneficial but not required.
