Your role:

You’ll deliver high-quality speech pathology services to clients of all ages, supporting their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Designing and delivering individualised therapy programs for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care
- Educating clients, families, and carers on therapy strategies and progress
- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and reports in line with best practice
- Staying up to date with evidence-based practices through ongoing professional development

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
- SPA membership (Speech Pathology Australia)
- Minimum 1 year experience delivering speech therapy to children and/or adults




- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in therapy assessment tools and treatment planning
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
