As a Plant Operator, you will work in one of five plant areas operating equipment such as forklifts and cranes and manually working to safely and efficiently process and produce the critical metals the world relies on. In a nutshell, we turn dirt into metal!
Plant Operators work a shift roster (12 hours per shift) on an even-time 4/4 roster. This means you’ll work 2 dayshifts and 2 nights, followed by 4 days off, giving you ample time to enjoy your hobbies, the region and get involved in local community groups.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Some heavy industry, construction or similar labourer experience
✅ Licences and tickets such as Forklift, Bridge & Gantry, Confined Space or Working at Heights are highly advantageous
✅ Physically fit – able to pass a pre-employment medical and undertake a physical Operator role
✅ Safety-focused and a team player
