Hope & Ability is a growing allied-health practice supporting children, adolescents, and adults under the NDIS and private funding streams. We are a values-driven startup building a sustainable, clinician-friendly practice — not a churn-and-burn model.

We are seeking a registered or provisional psychologist to join us on a contract basis, with flexible hours and strong administrative support.

About the Role

- Contract position (ABN required)
- Flexible caseload – choose your days and hours
- Work across NDIS, private, and Medicare (if eligible)
- Sessions delivered in-clinic, community, school, or telehealth/online-consultation
- Client groups include autism, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and developmental concerns.

You will maintain full clinical autonomy while being supported by a small, responsive leadership team that understands real clinical work.

Supervision & Skilled Support

- Individual supervision available (internal or external supported)
- Support with NDIS documentation, reports, and reviews
- Guidance for clinicians new to NDIS or community-based work
- Provisional psychologists will receive structured support — not sink-or-swim expectations

About You

- AHPRA-registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist
- Experience or interest in NDIS work
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Values client-centred, evidence-based practice

New graduates will not be thrown in the deep end, support is available.

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
