We are seeking two (2) experienced, compassionate and dedicated female Disability Support workers to join our team. This is at the request of 3 participants, who are requiring personal care support. They are each requesting female staff who can speak clear English - no accents.

We value applicants who are mature, reliable, and comfortable navigating a variety of personalities and circumstances. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and adaptable in a range of situations.

Days/hours of work are set by the participant! We have shifts needing to be filled now! Hours can include 6am starts and 10pm finishes.

Must have experience with:

- Provide person-centered care to individuals with various disabilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support with mobility, transfers, and transportation.
- Administer medications and provide health-related assistance as required.
- Encourage and support participation in community activities and social outings.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ physical or emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and healthcare professionals.

Personal attributes:

- Must live in Shepparton (or no more than 10 mins from)




- Genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of person-centred care principles.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Cert III in Individual Support etc) are advantageous

Pay: $37.31 – $45.78 per hour
