Dream Doors Kitchens Australia is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base by developing and implementing sales strategies and managing a team of sales representatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales growth targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including conducting consultations, creating tailored designs, and closing deals.
- Communicate details of kitchen designs, highlighting limitations and opportunities provided in each project sold
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the sales process and outcomes
About you:
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the construction or renovation industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience analyzing sales data and market trends
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards
