GN Consultancy International is seeking experienced and passionate Chefs to join our client businesses across Australia. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and working closely with kitchen staff to deliver excellent dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
- Plan menus and estimate food and labor costs.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff where required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage stock, food storage, and kitchen inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen.
Requirements
- Relevant chef qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a chef.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- English language proficiency suitable for the role.
