My Support Services is an NDIS provider committed to empowering people with disabilities to live independently and confidently. We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team.

About the Role

In this role, you will support participants with their day-to-day living and help them stay connected with their community. You will provide person-centred care tailored to each participant’s needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Support with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication reminders
- Accompany participants to appointments, social outings, and community activities Provide emotional support and companionship
- Assist with mobility and daily routines
- Maintain accurate case notes and communicate effectively with the team regarding participant needs

Requirements





- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification (desirable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check,
- Police Check, and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills Empathy, reliability, and ability to work both independently and in a team
