About the Role
Ly Quan is seeking a dedicated Cook with Asian cuisine experience (Vietnamese highly valued) to support our kitchen team and deliver authentic flavours.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Vietnamese dishes to recipe and presentation standards
- Assist daily kitchen operations for smooth service
- Follow opening/closing procedures
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain food safety and hygiene
Requirements
- Able to taste beef and pork dishes for consistency
- 1–2 years experience in an Asian kitchen
- Physically fit (stairs access required)
- Skills in Vietnamese flavours, rice paper rolls, noodle soups
- Food Safety Supervisor certification (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
