Retail Customer Service Assistant – Fashion & Apparel

Location: Kings Park, NSW
Employment Type: Casual / Part time

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Retail Customer Service Assistant to join a growing fashion and apparel business based in Kings Park.

This role will suit someone who has previous experience working with clothing, fashion, apparel or similar retail products, and who enjoys providing a warm and professional customer experience.

You will be involved in assisting customers, supporting day-to-day store operations, checking garments for quality and presentation, and ensuring products are handled with care before being displayed or packed for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and support customers with sizing, styles and general enquiries
- Assist with clothing presentation, folding, hanging, steaming and merchandising
- Conduct basic quality checks on garments, including checking for marks, stitching issues, sizing, tags and overall presentation
- Support order packing,



stock handling and general store duties
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment
- Handle customer enquiries with patience, care and attention to detail

About You:

- Previous retail customer service experience is highly regarded
- Experience working with clothing, fashion, apparel or textiles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, especially when checking garment quality
- Well-presented, reliable and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Able to work independently and take initiative when required
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
