Responsibility

- Identify and secure new B2B sales opportunities in the tyre retail sector.

Reporting to the State Manager, create opportunities and sales strategies for assigned area

- Continue to build on long-term relationships with distributors, dealerships, and strategic partners.

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company targets, agreeing on customer volumes, conditions of sales and product mix.

- Collaborate with State Manager and Key Account Managers to launch campaigns and product sales rollouts each month.

- Deliver training and product knowledge support to clients.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to drive competitive advantage

Follow through with customer service on relating to orders placed, deliveries and any relevant pricing changes and offers.

Minimum relevant experience required

- Proven track record in sales or business development (automotive/tyre industry highly preferred) Minimum 1yr sales experience

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and account management skills Efficient computer and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal ability

- Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about premium performance

- Willingness to travel across assigned territories.

License

- Full Victoria driver’s license

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
