We are currently building a pool of suitable nursing candidates to support upcoming service requests across Albany, Denmark and surrounding areas.

About the Role

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to deliver clinical nursing care to clients in their homes under the Support at Home program.

The successful candidate will provide safe, compassionate and professional care that aligns with individual care plans and supports client independence, wellbeing, dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to clients in their homes
- Provide medication management, wound care and health monitoring
- Assess, plan, implement and review client care needs
- Follow individual care plans and support person-centred outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Support compliance with aged care standards, policies and reporting requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
- Identify changes in client condition and escalate concerns appropriately
- Work independently and professionally in community-based settings
- Promote safety, independence, dignity and wellbeing at all times

Key Requirements





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Experience in community nursing, aged care, home care or similar care settings
- Solid understanding of care planning and person-centred care
- Ability to provide clinical services including medication support, wound care and monitoring
- Knowledge of aged care standards, compliance and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication, coordination and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in home and community settings
- Valid driver’s licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle

Desirable

- Experience working within Support at Home, Home Care Packages, CHSP or similar aged care programs
- Cultural awareness and ability to support clients from diverse backgrounds
- Previous experience delivering nursing services in regional or community settings

Pay Rates

The attached payout information shows casual hourly rates including agency staff allowance and casual loading:

- Enrolled Nurse: $50.56 – $55.54 per hour
- Registered Nurse: $64.09 – $80.22 per hour
