$110,972 - $119,506 salary package - includes base salary ($97,771 - $105,29, employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As a Workforce Development Advisor, in the Workforce Culture, Capability & Change branch,



you will provide hands-on support for the coordination and delivery of workforce development programs that build employee capability and engagement. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll assist in developing learning materials, facilitating workshops, maintaining records, and contributing to reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about supporting initiatives that improve the employee experience and contribute to organisational success.

About You

To be successful for this position, you will possess:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- A strong background in Organisational Workforce Development will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience coordinating administrative or operational support activities in a professional environment
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality service or advice to customers or stakeholders
- A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
