We are currently seeking full-time Production Team Member to join our manufacturing plant, assisting in the production of automotive coil springs in our fast paced and safety-conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities
Working 4 days a week, you will be responsible for assisting in all areas of coil spring production, which includes:

Following production guidelines and specifications and maintain manufacturing process records

Manual handling of heavy metal springs using a grinding machine

Testing and powder-coating of springs

Being safety-conscious and maintaining a clean workstation, equipment, and production floor.

Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials.

Assist in the packaging and dispatch of goods produced.

What You Bring To The Team

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment

Experience in the metal industry with use and maintenance of heavy machinery preferred (with MIG welding exposure highly regarded)

Exposure to repetitive work in a high-volume environment

Attention to detail and deadline focused

The ability to working both independently and collaboratively.

A positive, can-do attitude

Physical capacity to safely lift heavy items, and the ability to wear PPE for the duration of your shift.
