JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in the support of our marketing efforts across a range of technology products and value-add services.



The role is responsible for the development, implementation and management of marketing campaigns through various channels, including events, social media, website, email marketing, SEO and traditional marketing.

You will be responsible for:

- Executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across our LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Instagram accounts
- Developing monthly content schedules
- Creating and optimising social media advertising to drive leads to our e-commerce portals
- Updating website page content to align with our latest product releases, promotions, campaigns etc
- Utilising analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts and provide regular insights to inform future content and improve our online effectiveness
- Managing and monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Working with sales team to optimise marketing calendars and digital strategies
- Managing and co-ordinating newsletters, EDM’s and all direct marketing
- Liaising and co-ordinating with all external marketing support channels including media outlets and outsourced marketing partners
- End to end planning of all events and trade shows
- Designing captivating marketing graphics for brochures, flyers, social media, website content, newsletters etc.




- Copywriting targeted content for digital media platforms

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

- A minimum of two to three years-experience within an internal digital marketing role for a medical capital device company servicing the dental and aesthetics industry
- Proficient in social media marketing, direct marketing, website, SEO, graphic design, written content, digital & print media and managing external partners
- Must have previous experience with managing and coordinating events and trade shows
- Hands-on experience in a digital marketing environment
- Relevant degree or other relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Digital Communications, PR, or a related discipline
- Knowledge and experience using Salesforce CRM
- Knowledge and experience using graphic design platforms
- Excellent writing, language skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and partners
- Passion for medical and aesthetics industry
