Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per annum + superannuation

About the Role:
Established Korean BBQ restaurant seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organise restaurant operations and services
- Monitor quality of food, drinks & service
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing requirements
- Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance
- Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards
- Develop and implement business strategies

Essential Requirements:





- Minimum 2.5 years' experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Customer service excellence
- Ability to work full-time (38 hours per week)
- Korean language skills

Desirable:

- Hospitality qualification (Certificate III/IV or Diploma)
- Financial management experience
